Service Delivery Terms
1. How the service is delivered
Access is delivered electronically, through this website, to the account you registered with.
2. When access begins

If a payment is approved but access has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact us and we will correct it manually.
3. How long access lasts
Access lasts for the period you purchased, counted from the moment it is granted:

If you buy more time while you still have access remaining, the new period is added to what is left rather than replacing it. Buying early never costs you days.
4. Where the service is available
The service is available anywhere with an internet connection. The content is written for the digital SAT, which is administered internationally.
5. What you need
- A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge)
- An internet connection
- A valid email address
No software installation is required.
6. If the service is unavailable
If the website is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, contact us and we will extend your access by at least the time lost, or refund you under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
